Mike Churko

Mike began with the insurance industry since 1977,  primarily in commercial property, personal lines, motor vehicle and complex liability losses as well as examining for a number of carriers and continues examining with Certain Underwriters of Lloyds of London. Mike is a mediator and member of The Mediator Roster Society of British Columbia, Civil Law Roster and Child Protection Roster contracted with the Ministry of Justice for the Province of British Columbia.  In addition Mike is a Member of the ADRBC (Alternate Dispute Resolution of BC) where  he has been called as an Arbitrator to  dealt disputes involving Arbitrations under section 23 (1) of the Insurance Act of British Columbia as well as other disputes.  He resides in Penticton and manages the Penticton branch.

Rob Jonker - BSc, BEd, MA

Rob Jonker has been working with Karl and Mike since 2014, his past experience includes teaching and construction. He brings an extensive knowledge of building materials and systems to the property and liability files he manages. He has degrees in Chemistry, Education and a Masters degree in Leadership and Administration. 

Doug Brookes

Doug is a retired police officer who brings many years of law enforcement and banking experience to Clear Adjusting.  He enjoys handling complex background and liability investigations.

Debra Sorge

Deb has been adjusting since 2018. Her past experience includes real estate, property development and management of construction projects. She brings an extensive residential property experience to the property and liability files she manages.

Irene Passmore

Irene has worked in the insurance industry since 1973, joining Karl and Mike in 2017 as an independent adjuster.  Her experience includes liability and injury claims.
